I'm so excited to be spending time with some of my favorite people as we share our thoughts, ideas and feelings about love and relationship. These integral parts of our humanity and spirituality look differently for everyone and when we honor everyone's way of doing these things, we honor ourselves and all of life. The diversity present in relationship styles, family models, and ways of connecting with one another is something I am passionate about discussing and creating space space for in this world. There are so many ways to love, be loved and experience connection, let's celebrate them all.

If we are aware and present with the ways in which we expect and as others to participate in emotional labor in all of our interactions, we can learn to consciously consent and be enthusiastic about the ways we interact with each other beyond societal and historical models.
